    So I’m conflicted on this.

    First of all, that’s quite an unnerving experience to come back to your house and finding your stuff has been rearranged and, what I assume was supposed to be, an up-beat note left.

    Second, the article fails to mention anything significant taken from the properties, just that the facilities had been used, a bottle of wine drunk, and some cooking done.

    Third, it appears he was going out of his way to be helpful by putting things away and taking the rubbish out, possibly as way of offsetting the fact that he broke into a private residence.

    Seriously, just get very basic accommodation to those that need it. Finland did it and it’s worked wonders over there for fixing the homeless problem.
