• Prioritized pressuring his AG to aggressively prosecute coup leaders within his own country instead of focusing on supporting an ongoing genocide overseas
• Rallied his party to devise a comprehensive strategy against the Fascist plan Republicans PUBLISHED IN ADVANCE about how they were going to obliterate democracy
• Withdrew from the race with plenty of time to hold a primary so voters could elect a candidate who would stand for their principles
• Permitted his VP to publicly break with his most unpopular policies in order to secure as many votes against Trump as possible
