    It was an UP TO 8 million contract, of which 2.5 million had been spent.

    At the current spend rate vs contract length, it wouldn’t have reached 8 million.

    But, best case scenario, it saved 5.5 million. Very possibly not even that, though.

      Did you even bother reading the headline?

      “DOGE Claimed It Saved $8 Billion in One Contract. It Was Actually $8 Million.”

      That’s literally 1000x order of magnitude difference.

      AKA, a fucking scam.
