Vocal in that after months of protests and undeniable evidence they are now politely asking Israel to pretty please call a ceasefire. I don’t recall ALBO retracting his statement that Israel is our friend. It wasn’t that long ago they were voting against a ceasefire. Albo doesn’t believe Australia can nor should do anything more to help the plight of gazans.
The idea that Albo is as “horrified” by a journalist being shot by a rubber bullet as he was when Israel bombed an ambulance killing an Australian aid worker or the 10s of thousands of children just being starved to death seems very relevant.
I know he doesn’t give a shit about Gaza. There is plenty of evidence to suggest this. I know his response to this footage is about the same as his response to any of the horrors of what gazans have been subjected to. By all means, keep doing your mental gymnastics. Here I’ll help: Albo is a great guy. Pure as the driven snow. Couldn’t have done more. Loves us all equally. Never said a bad word against them. He sure stood by them.
