Not buying it. Russia has so little materiel that it’s raiding museums for equipment. They also have an extreme shortage of young men willing to go be converted into burger meat on foreign fields (having sent nearly 800k to their death in Ukraine). The only thing Russia could do is launch nukes, but they know their country would cease to exist if they did that.
