Good lord, they made their own software license for this?

It’s an ancient app that looks like shit on modern windows. It has little value beyond nostalgia. They should have picked an off the shelf license or not even bothered. I just can’t fathom the effort required to make up a software licensing scheme for such a forgettable product.

But people in the area worry if drivers are causing the damage, the fixes could soon need their own fixes.

Perhaps drivers wouldn’t damage the divider if they built it a bigger taller than 2 inches? Why not… curb height?
