I mean the answer is clear to me. Stop giving people bonuses who don’t deserve them and didn’t earn them and have them submit the receipts for every water leak fix they did for the last 3 years then average that out and that’s how much extra money they can get and it has to be spent on fixing leaks and paying the people who are actually fixing them.
