Norway offers up to 2 hours of paid time per day for breastfeeding. Why do other countries’ parental support policies lag so far behind?

    It must be too early in the morning but the phrasing on this title made me think that someone was trying to feed scientists breastmilk to improve their performance at their job. I’d read a paper on that.
