How is the accused supposed to mount any kind of defense if the accused doesn’t know who is making the allegation? How do you find evidence to prove your case if you don’t know where to begin?

This is like taking a 5,000 piece puzzle, then hiding the pieces in many places in a mid sized town. Then blind fold someone and tell them to find the pieces and build the puzzle.

You have the right to face your accusers. You can’t do that if you’re aren’t told who they are. I understand not telling the public, but the accused needs to be told.
