Typical corporate BS. They even try to claim it equals out to just under $25/hr which isn’t terrible. Assuming 40 hour weeks.
However, experience shows me that no fast food manager is getting through the week without putting in 50-60 hour weeks.
That would put the real hourly rate between $15-18/hr.
48k is not enough to live in Toronto. It was 15 years ago, but not now.
