Not surprised at the findings. I’m lucky enough to get to drive such vehicles and traffic calming and bike lanes have been very popular around here the last decade or so.
They play a no significant role in response time. Shit, I’d say they are better than traffic lights by a long shot for safety and people not doing crazy shit - which is what messes up response times.
