Nope. He is motivating every other country in the world to do business with each other. They are replaceable. It takes time and some effort but they are already loosing their position as trade partner. The USA will become more and more isolated.

It will only be global in the sense of “The World vs. Trump”. Maybe it enforces the idea that the closest big market to the UK is the EU, and not being alone in a time of crisis is a good thing.
