This is what is going to start the recession and maybe further. They absolutely don’t understand how quickly forcing massive payments on people who are already struggling will just result in massive defaults almost immediately. This is way more people than they think. Then it will be mortgage defaults. Rent evictions are already the highest since peak COVID when nobody had a job to go to.
