I loved her, yes other breakdancers were better, but so what, she wasn’t horrible and I feel like she embodies the Olympic creed: “The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well.”

She gave it her all, she did it with the most confidence and most importantly brought attention to the new sport introduced at the Olympics whilst entertaining the entire world.

Don’t really get the huge obsession and anger from lot of people. I watched the women’s breaking event wasn’t much impressed aside from the one competitor from China because she was doing power moves that I expected to see compared to few short power moves then feet shuffling most competitors did. Overall was kind of underwhelming to me including the finals just as someone who was really just wanting to see spinning gymnastics type stuff.

Didn’t think much of it and watched the men’s which was more in line of what I expected with much more spinning on heads, flips, and windmills. And was something I was much more impressed with and entertained by.

Then later after some memes focus around Raygun just kept growing and increasing more and more even with the Olympics done. How legitimately angry and out for blood some people are has been weird.

I have no idea what she did and I haven’t been able to find a video. Is it really that bad?

It’s sort of like the version of breaking you would do if you never did it before or only read about it. I thought it was a spoof.

From what I understand, from her own words, is that she knew the other dancers would be better at the standard techniques so she tried a different approach as a hail mary. But that just completely missed the mark.

This article sucks. Does not explain or clarify in a clear way what the fuck is up with this bullying crap.
