So if it is wrong for trump to forcefully take land, like Gaza, Panama canal or Greenland, is it then equally wrong of governments forcefully taking land, or is it justifiable.

For me, as a South African, I am not scared of land grabs or anything yet, at least there are cool heads at the helm right now, but the legislation passed is ripe for abuse if for example the previous Zuma administration for example comes to power. So I believe the harmful sections of the new legislation will be contested in our highest courts, where I am certain the level heads will find the problematic areas unconstitutional, thus further protecting property rights.
